PEP was selected by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Administration (OA), Human Resources Division (HRD) to provide consulting services in a variety of human resources functional areas to support OA/HRD’s strategic and operational goals.

The DOJ/OJP/OA/HRD provides advice and guidance to OJP management, employees, and job applicants in hiring, salary and benefits, training, evaluation, and other areas of employee management. OA/HRD’s team of strategists, analysts, recruiters, developers, and change agents are leading cutting-edge initiatives to support the daily work life of OJP contributors.

PEP’s Senior Human Resources Specialists will provide consulting and advisory support to OJP’s human capital program in key areas, including HR policy, employee and labor relations, and workforce and strategic planning. Working closely with OJP’s OA/HRD Director, PEP’s HR Specialists will provide a significant depth of expertise in federal human resource practices to address and complete long-standing HR projects, as well as new requirements. Working together, PEP and OA/HRD will collaborate to ensure OJP’s human capital resources and efforts align with OJP strategic goals and objectives.

This contract was awarded through Pool 2 of the Human Capital and Training Solutions Small Business (HCaTS SB) vehicle, a streamlined, strategically sourced contract vehicle that allows government agencies to procure customized human capital management and training services. PEP, as an HCaTS SB Pool 2 contractor, has been vetted by GSA and endorsed as a highly capable, best-in-class service provider.
