Customer Successes:
Provided Technical Assistance (TA) to Youth CareerConnect (YCC) grantees equipping them to more successfully re-design the learning experience and more fully prepare high schools students to pursue careers in high-demand industries. Worked closely with the YCC Program Office to provide project management, needs assessment, strategic planning and the development and implementation of a comprehensive TA plan. Delivered a series of training opportunities, one-on-one coaching, and a variety of resources to YCC grantees allowing them to build a more robust experience by enhancing aspects such as employer partnerships, work-based learning, mentoring, apprenticeships, and career pathways.

Provides Technical Assistance (TA) to the Youth Apprenticeship Readiness Grant (YARG) program and grantees working to expand and increase participation of youth, ages 16 to 24, in new or existing Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs). Our subject matter experts develop and manage online resources, , and provide event and training logistics support to ensure successful implementation of YARG programs that are creating significant opportunities and alternate career pathways for young adults from underserved populations.
