Air Force AETC awards PEP the Administrative Support Services for Leadership Development Course Contract

 

Performance Excellence Partners, LLC (PEP) has been awarded the Administrative Support Services for Leadership Development Course Contract by the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC).

 

“The PEP Team is honored to continue our service to our nation’s military by supporting the Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development in the design and delivery of this world-class, transformational educational experience for USAF Squadron Commanders,” said PEP CEO & President, Rachel Ramirez.

 

The Leader Development Course for Squadron Command offered through Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base is a nationally recognized leadership training program which delivers evolutionary leadership learning experiences, focusing on the human domain to improve organizational culture and inspire Airmen and Guardians to thrive in command. With the goal of preparing new squadron commanders, directors, senior enlisted leaders, and commanders to effectively lead, manage, and communicate; it emphasizes self-awareness, critical thinking, and peer cooperation among other intended outcomes.

 

PEP will provide information technology and audio/visual integration, general administration, logistical coordination and student management in the support and delivery of the Leader Development Course for Squadron Command ensuring the smooth execution and behind-the-scenes management of the course.
