To improve our ability to quickly identify the best expert for each project we are growing our pool of subject matter experts (SMEs). Anticipated projects include providing specialized support for grantees, developing and conducting webinars, developing TA resources, serving as a coach, serving as a facilitator or speaker, serving as a human capital SME in support of federal human capital services, and providing project or program management expertise. We expect the majority of the work to be part-time consulting, however, we may also have some full and part-time staff positions available.
