Performance Excellence Partners, LLC (PEP) has been awarded the Intelligence and Cybersecurity Diversity Fellowship (ICDF) Program Support Contract under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) Office of Strategic Recruiting, Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement (STRIDE).

The Intelligence and Cybersecurity Diversity Fellowship Program is designed to help DHS recruit, retain, and reward the best and brightest in the fields of intelligence or cybersecurity. The program provides qualified socially disadvantaged students currently attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) or Minority Serving Institution (MSI) with expanded career and growth opportunities through a program tailored to develop highly qualified STEM talent in disciplinary fields that support the mission critical areas of Intelligence and Cybersecurity within the agency.
Under the contract, PEP and partner Fors Marsh Group will provide subject matter expertise (recruiting, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development) and collaborate closely with OCHCO/STRIDE to design and execute an experiential learning framework as well as assist in the ICDF program branding, marketing, recruiting strategy, outreach, and events.
“We look forward to playing a key role in helping DHS recruit a diverse and inclusive workforce and develop the next generation of cybersecurity and intelligence talent,” Ramirez added.
This contract was awarded through Pool 2 of the Human Capital and Training Solutions Small Business (HCaTS SB) vehicle, a streamlined, strategically sourced GSA contract vehicle that allows government agencies to procure customized human capital management and training services through pre-vetted, highly capable, best-in-class service provider such as PEP.
