Our Story

Performance Excellence Partners (PEP), an award-winning federal contractor and woman-owned small business (WOSB) with expertise in project management, workforce development, grants management, human capital, and program support services, launched its 20th year serving federal and state agencies, private sector businesses, and non-profit organizations in 2019. Under the leadership of CEO and President Rachel E. Ramirez, PEP has grown into a widely respected organization with a large and expanding clientele. In addition to being awarded two best-in-class contract vehicles, GSA HCaTS SB Pool 2 and GSA OASIS SB Pool 1, PEP holds a GSA Schedule, GSA FSS MAS (Professional Services, Business Administrative Services and Training) and is on the DOL ETA BPA contract. PEP has full- and part-time employees working at its corporate office, at client sites and at home offices across the United States. Since its inception, the company has been a proponent of progressive workplace practices, retaining a diverse workforce and fostering a supportive corporate culture and flexible work environment.
