PEP Response to COVID-19

As we navigate the current health crisis, we want you to know that PEP is making every effort to safeguard the health and safety of our customers, partners, contractors, and employees while ensuring the highest possible level of service to our clients.

We are fortunate that remote work practices have always been a core element of our culture. So, we are at ease with this approach and with the tools and technologies that enable it.

  • Our entire corporate office staff is on the job, working remotely - your emails, phone calls and mail are being answered.

  • Staff at client sites are working remotely as well, either fully or partially, as per the individual directives of each of our clients.

  • We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate as necessary while being mindful of your overburndened in-box.  Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions. You may reach out to your regular point of contact.
